I, Jae Hee Moon(the Borrower), borrowed Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ten dollar from Yeon Hee Park(the Lander) for the reasons stated below;

1. I borrowed $1,310.00 on May 18, 2003 for my trip to Atlantic City
2. I borrowed $1,500.00 on January 20, 2003 for my rent and bills
3. I borrowed $1,000.00 on Month day, Year (날짜 쓰세요.) for the employee personnel expenses for my business


The fund was loaned to me without interest.

I will repay the full amount no later than June 18, 2003.

If the borrower does not pay if off by the due date, the lander will have a full rights to take legal action against the borrower.

The borrower will take all the consequences of legal procedures and all related legal expenses will be at the borrower's account.
