In consideration of services concerning the recent investment proposal, provided by Mr.  Lee, Esq. with a primary residence in 14 South Joyce St., #10, Arlington VA 22, USA (hereinafter denoted “Mr. Lee”), the undersigned hereby covenants as follows with an intent to assume full legal responsibility.  The undersigned shall not use or disclose any confidential information obtained from Mr. Lee or his agent without his prior written approval.  The undersigned understands that any information is deemed confidential for the purpose of this Covenant unless it is readily available to general public. 

 

Confidential information includes but not limited to the identity, location and contact information of an individual and/or an entity with or without the status of a legal person, business opportunity, legal instrument and statement of fact or opinion.  The undersigned further covenants not to contact for the purpose of soliciting and/or inquiring of business any individual, legal person and/or any other entity whose knowledge is obtained from Mr. Lee or his agent without his prior written approval.

 

The undersigned, if it agrees to accept the investment proposal finally, further covenants to pay the amount equivalent to 0.1 percent of the total investment to Mr. Lee at the signature of the investment contract for legal costs incurred in the preparation of the investment proposal
