Hembly close to completing Tacchini buy 본문
The chairmand of Chinese apparel company Humbly international Holdings said he has acquired Italian sportswear maker Sergio Tacchini in a deal that could encourage further acquisitions of Italian fashion brands by Asian buyers.
This brands is known for Sampras and EcEnroe's dressing.
The price was not uncovered.
Mr. Mgok said he aims to open more than 200 Sergio Tacchini shops in the next three years in China. The group has 120 in Europe.
