Korea M&A advises Ace High Tech on acquisition of Japanese Kyoto Bio Pharma Co.

Korea M&A (below 'KMNA') is pleased to announce that its client, Ace High Tech Co., Ltd ("AHT"), listing KOSDAQ, has acquired Japanese Kyoto Bio Pharma (below 'KBP') which is famous for anti-biotic drug developer in Japan. KMNA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to AHT on the acquisition.
