GS Holdings(below 'GSH')  in South Korea is considering sell the stakes of GS retail and home shopping (Cable shopping).
GSH is preparing for capital to acquire Daewoo Shipbuilding.
Lotter, Hyundai, and SK is nominated as buyer of these companies.
