Nomura Completes Instinet Acquisition, Announces New Board of Directors
Tokyo, Feb 2, 2007 (JCN) - Nomura Holdings announced on February 2 that it closed its acquisition of Instinet Inc. for a final price of US$1.2 billion. Nomura also announced a new board of directors at Instinet.
